With the continuous growth of our business we keep on developing and growing our Talent Acquisition Team. We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Strategist to get on board.
You will be developing and contributing to our Employer Branding strategy with the focus on sourcing effectiveness, including optimization of search engines, social networks and recruiting events.

-Analysis and improvement of existing Online Recruitment Strategy
-Analysis and development of and Employer Brand
-Content generation (Social media, Career Page, Job postings, etc)
-Identify the best platforms and sources to reach our target profiles
-Search, promotion and establishment of new partnerships with Universities, Chambers of Commerce, Consulates, Agencies and any entity or partner.
-Develop a continuous and fluent relationships with external providers and partners
-Event management: organization of conferences, participation
-Full- time (35 hours/week) and long-term contract
